How It Works
Step 1: Record Photos & Videos
Follow simple, clear guidelines to capture your riding from the right angles.
Step 2: Expert Review & Assessment
Within 3-4 business days, I conduct an in-depth analysis to pinpoint areas of tension, biomechanical errors, and your existing strengths.
Step 3: Detailed Feedback & Exercises
You receive a comprehensive review packed with specific, actionable recommendations and corrective exercises.
Step 4: Progress Follow-Up (Optional)
After 1–2 weeks, send new footage to track your progress and make fine adjustments.
Important: It’s best to record with an assistant or an auto-tracking tripod. However, if neither is available, simply mounting your camera or phone securely on an arena fence or tripod will work just fine.
